AN APPEAL

Dear students and parents,

Ruparel College was established in June, 1952 and has completed 50 years of glorious service in the field of Academics. There are numerous luminous stars among our alumnii in Academics as well as in various spheres in life.

Year after year, the brilliant students have been vying to seek admission in classes of conventional courses in faculties of Arts, Science & Commerce of Ruparel College. The College has successfully endeavoured in teaching of Vocational Subjects in Degrees College e.g. Industrial Chemistry, Instrumentation and keeping pace with time the Computer Science also. We propose to undertake the newly introduced B.Sc. I.T. course in the academic year 2001-2002. The brilliant performance of our Junior College students in the H.S.C. Examination puts on the record our consistent strive for excellence.

The College will celebrate its Golden Jubilee during the academic year 2001-2002. Some of the projects, the college would like to undertake are...

1. Computeracy among the students,
2. Best of infrastructural Facilities for the students,
3. Multipurpose Hall for the activities of the College,
4. Additional facilities in
   1. Library and Laboratories &
   2. for enhancing the participation of students in N.C.C. and N.S.S. and other extra- curricular activities aiming at the personality development of the student.

We appeal to the parents of the existing & past students, our own alumnii & the well-wishers in the society to donate generously for the cause. Please note that this donation is absolutely voluntary and is not related to College admission.

Donations will be accepted in the form of Cheques in the name of
"M.E.S.'s Ruparel College Golden Jubilee Fund"
