SCHEDULE OF ADMISSIONS

TO THE FIRST YEAR B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. CLASSES
FOR THE IN - HOUSE (RUPAREL COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY)
FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2006 - 2007.

Students should collect Admission Forms and Prospectus available at Students' Council Room in the foyer of Arts building on payment of Rs 50/- only.

They are requested to strictly follow the Admission schedule given below. If they fail to confirm admission on the scheduled dates, they would forfeit their claim for admission and the vacant seats will be offered to students from other Colleges.

• Detailed Fee structure is displayed on the Notice Board. Important instructions for Reserve Category students:
• OBC/NT-2/NT-3 students who do not submit Creamy Layer certificate at the time of admission will be required to pay full fees.
  
• If the Fees of Reserve Category students are not received from the Social Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra, they will be required to pay the balance fees in the month of November 2006.
  

1. In addition to the above mentioned Fees,
   
• F.Y.B.Sc. Computer Science (Unaided course) students will be required to pay Rs 8,000/- for the subject,
  
• F.Y.B.A. students who opt for Statistics as one of the subjects will be required to pay Rs 400/-as Laboratory fees.
  
2. F.Y.B.A. students must attach Photo (Xerox) copy of H.S.C. Mark statement to the duly filled in Admission Form and submit it on 06.06.2006 in Room No.12Arts.
   
3. At the time of Admission and payment of fees, students should submit duly filled in Admission Form along with
   
• Original H.S.C. Examination Mark statement along with its two Photo (Xerox) copies,
  
• Duly filled in Identity Card and Photo Slips with recent Passport size photographs affixed on them,
  
• Photo (Xerox) copy of Caste Certificate from competent authority in case of students belonging to Reserve category.
  
• Additional Passport size photograph for Temporary Identity Card.
  
  Students are advised to keep adequate attested photo (Xerox) copies of Original H.S.C. Mark statement before its submission.
  
4. At the time of Admission, students should produce Originals of S.S.C. Examination Mark statement and Caste Certificate (if applicable) for verification.
   
5. The timings for Admission and payment of Fees will be from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
   
6. Fees will be accepted in cash, cheque or Demand Draft. (Cheques/Demand Drafts should be drawn in favour of Principal, D. G. Ruparel College.)
   
7. Students can get the photocopies of their Mark sheets/Certificates/Documents attested in Room No. 2Sc between 10.30 a.m. to 01.30 p.m. from 6th to 10th June 2006.
   
8. Leaving Certificates will be issued to the students as per following schedule:
