GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING THE ADMISSION FORM. They should also read the Prospectus for detailed information about Rules of Discipline, Examinations schedule for the academic year and other relevant information.

ADMISSSION PROCEDURE:

Admissions will be made strictly as per the list of selected candidates received from the Deputy Director of Education, Government of Maharashtra. The list is displayed on the Notice Board.

Admission will be confirmed after the verification of the original documents and payment of fees in cash only. They should pay fees at the authorized Fee Counters only and obtain a receipt for the same. They are warned not to make payments to any unauthorized persons. The College will not be responsible for any lapse in this matter.

At the time of admission, selected candidates should submit the copy of the On-Line Application Form along with the following documents at the proper admission Counter:

Originals and Photo (Xerox) copies of

1. Marks Statement of SSC/ICSE/CBSE/other equivalent Examination.
2. School Leaving Certificate.
3. Caste Certificate from competent authority in case of candidates belonging to Reserve Category.
4. Special Category / Sports / Cultural Activities / Physically Challenged Certificate. (if admission is claimed under any one of these categories.)
   
   [The following are treated as Special Category as per Government directives:
   
   1. Wards of
      1. recently transferred employees of Central/State Government,
      2. In-Service/Retired Armed personnel.
   2. Wards and grandchildren of Freedom Fighters.
   3. Candidates affected by natural calamities.]
5. (i)       NCC/Scout Certificate.
   (ii)      District/State/National level participation in Athletics and Sports.
   (iii)     Intermediate Drawing Examination.
   (if additional marks are claimed for admission to Science Bifocal Vocational subjects.)
6. Three recent Passport size photographs for Photo slip/Identity cards.
7. Xerox Copies of the First and Last pages of Ration Card containing the names of the family members. (Only for Girls eligible for Freeship.)

School Leaving Certificate is a permanent record of the College and under no circumstances shall be returned to the students. Hence candidates are advised to keep adequate attested Xerox copies of the same before submission.

Candidates belonging to Reserved Category should attach Attested Certificate of Free Studentship form from the Principal of the School last attended.

Second Language offered is subject to availability of seats.

Limited seats in the subject of Information Technology in lieu of Second Language are available to Commerce and Science stream students only.

Admissions to Information Technology will be made on merit after the commencement of regular classes. Applications will be invited from admitted candidates and list of the selected candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board.   

Fees for the full academic year are as follows:

* Only the First/Second/Third girl child is eligible for Freeship. Girls eligible for Freeship should submit Photo (Xerox) copies of the First and Last pages of Ration Card containing the names of the family members.
In addition to the above mentioned fees, candidates admitted for Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, French, German and Japanese languages will be required to pay additional fees as follows:

1. French/German/Japanese (Second Language):        Rs 1000/-
2. Electronics (Aided):                                            Rs 2400/-
3. Electronics (Unaided):                                        Rs 8000/-
4. Computer Science (Unaided):                              Rs 8000/-  
5. Information Technology:                                     Rs 3000/-
